This class restores and heals. Expect to relax in supported, propped postures to calm the nervous system through intentional breathing (pranayama) exercises. Bring layers and prepare to get comfy. Taught by Drew Cramer.

This class is a great place to start. Expect to try new things, be given clear directions, and learn (or return to) the basics in a friendly environment. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an open mind. Taught by Mary Jennings.

Deep Stretch, 7:00-8:15 PM
This class is great for athletes and all tired bodies. Expect long holds and deep breathing to help restore bodies that are tight and fatigued. Rooted in Yin yoga, Deep Stretch will relax the body and challenge the busy mind during this meditative practice. Taught by Brigitte Morin.

This class wakes you up. Expect to use your strength, explore new poses (asanas), and breathe deeply. You'll start the day feeling energized and centered. Taught by Joan Kero.

This class is balanced and physically challenging. Expect to hear some Sanskrit and do few chaturangas. Taught by Alexandra Holmstrom
Power Vinyasa, 7:00-8:15 PM

This class has a choose-your-own-adventure vibe. Whether you're just getting started or well on your way, expect a class that keeps things fresh by offering lots of variations and creative sequences. Taught by a rotating cast of Fresh Coast Yoga instructors.
