Class Descriptions

Sunday

Restorative, 5:30-6:45 PM

This class restores and heals. Expect to relax in supported, propped postures to calm the nervous system through intentional breathing (pranayama) exercises. Bring layers and prepare to get comfy. Taught by Drew Cramer.

Monday

Yoga I, 5:30-6:45 PM

This class is a great place to start. Expect to try new things, be given clear directions, and learn (or return to) the basics in a friendly environment. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an open mind. Taught by Drew Cramer.

Tuesday

Vinyasa I-II, 6:00-7:00 AM

This class wakes you up. Expect to use your strength, explore new poses (asanas), and breathe deeply. You'll start the day feeling energized and centered. Taught by Joan Kero.

Buti Flow I, 5:30-6:45 PM

This class makes you work for your savasana. Expect to sweat in this nontraditional, high energy yoga class. Taught by Natasha Kentala.

Slow Flow, 7:00-8:15 PM

This class stabilizes the body and steadies the mind. Expect to explore postures in depth, use props, and move slowly through flowing sequences. Taught by Brigitte Morin.

Wednesday

Yoga I-III, 5:30-6:45 PM

This class is balanced and physically challenging. Expect to hear some Sanskrit and do few chaturangas. Taught by Alexandra Holmstrom

Buti Flow II, 7:00-8:15 PM

This class is next-level Buti and the playlist is unfiltered. Expect to hear lots of Buti lingo and move quickly between challenging sequences. Taught by Natasha Kentala.

Thursday

Vinyasa I-II, 6:00-7:00 AM

This class gets you moving. Expect to breathe yourself awake with gently flowing sequences and meditation designed for new and returning students alike. Taught by Holly DeForge.

Vinyasa I-II, 5:30-6:45 PM

This class moves, grooves, and soothes. Expect flowing sequences and thoughtful cuing in a class guided by the breath. Taught by Robin Lieburn.

Restorative, 7:00-8:15 PM

This class is a midweek reboot for your nervous system. Expect to move peacefully between propped-up postures in this no-frills, totally chill class. Taught by Robin Lieburn.

Saturday

Yoga I-III, 10:00-11:15 AM

This class has a choose-your-own-adventure vibe. Whether you're just getting started or well on your way, expect a class that keeps things fresh by offering lots of variations and creative sequences. Taught by a rotating cast of Fresh Coast Yoga instructors.
