Fresh Coast x Digital Bloom

Houghton’s new art-nature-music experience, Digital Bloom, is taking over downtown Saturday, August 1! Since we physically cannot resist a good community collaboration, Fresh Coast Yoga is jumping in with a full weekend lineup. We’ve collaborated to bring you three opportunities to breathe, stretch, and maybe even find a little inner peace along with some beautiful earrings.

Kick things off with Fresh Coast:

Flower Flow and Restorative Soundscape with Allison

Move through a flow surrounded by fresh cut flowers (courtesy of Ghost House Farm), then melt into a restorative practice inspired by the art and sound of The Listening Field.

Meet us on the Houghton Waterfront Pier. This free, outdoor class serves two purposes: helping kick off Saturday's festival track and offering a cool-down for everyone crossing the finish line at the Verna Mize Triathlon.

Please plan to bring your own mat and props (blocks, straps, or a thick towel). We’ll supply the canal views and deep breaths.

In-Studio Art Installation: Sol Azorena Art

Join Allison and Brigitte at Ghost House Farm for a restorative outdoor yoga class followed by a bouquet making workshop. Sink into exploring your senses and enjoy  time in nature among the flowers.
