Explore Arm Balances at Every Level

Arm balances in yoga can be challenging, but also a very rewarding part of any yoga practice. Arm balances are beneficial as strength builders, promote great circulation and demand ultimate concentration. Join Amber for a deep dive into arm balances covering the philosophy behind these pivotal poses, new ways to use props to explore variations and progressions, how to develop alignment-based sequences towards a variety of arm balances, and learn specific assists for poses. This workshop is perfect for students looking to access these challenging poses wherever they currently are in their yoga journey, and for yoga teachers seeking ways to help students find their own entry point to arm balancing.
